Receptionist

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Answer, direct and enter phone calls into Salesforce
  • Greet visitors professionally and direct them to the correct person/department; ensure they sign-in to Visitor Log when required
  • Registers participants for in-house training
  • Inter-office communications including daily Who is Where email and boardroom schedule
  • Arrange courier services as required
  • Work with brand manager to ensure brands are displayed properly in the public spaces – boardrooms, training rooms and reception
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors including office supply companies, coffee companies, etc.
  • Responsible for day-to-day organization/presentation of the patio area, supply room, coffee cupboard, supply drawers, etc.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Grade Twelve Diploma; completion of Office Education Certificate is an asset
  • Minimum six months previous Receptionist experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other database systems
