Sales Coordinator

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Conducts annual review of parts pricing and updates Salesforce/Intuitive as required 
  • Salesforce administration including but not limited to, managing users, data, security, reports, etc.
  • Updates customer information, sales numbers, etc. in Salesforce
  • Assists with maintaining, streamlining and ensuring accuracy of all sales spreadsheets, corresponding entries and calculations
  • Coordinates sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Responds to complaints from customers and gives after-sales support when requested
  • Stores and sorts financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handles the processing of all orders promptly and with accuracy and timeliness
  • Informs clients of unforeseen delays or problems 
  • Monitors the team’s progress, identifies shortcomings and proposes improvements
  • Attendance at trade shows as required, which may include travel in and outside of Canada

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of Grade Twelve Diploma
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered an asset
  • Minimum one-year supervisory experience 
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload and plan work activities
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking and negotiation skills required
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs

Service Technician Job Opportunity

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Travel to Customer’s locations to perform service related work and upgrades to machines
  • Assemble and install parts and assemblies
  • Operate air tools, power tools and hand tools
  • Read drawings and check for proper fit, form and function
  • Install and check hydraulic components

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to various locations both in Canada and the U.S. Day trips and overnight trips required
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent understanding of hydraulics 
  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous farming or agriculture manufacturing experience
